Had an issue with my fridge’s ice maker. Called the service number and talked to someone overseas who were surprisingly helpful and friendly and sent out a technician. They came quickly and in 15 minutes had the ice working again. Will definitely get LG again.

Our LG washing machine had issue with drainage so i called LG helpline they arranged a Technician for us. We had UDAY from LG and he is absolutely pro in his job and have wide knowledge of LG products and faults. He found the issue and solved it for us and also he gave us some tips on how to use the washing machine to avoid any damage in future. Thanks Uday for all the help and being so quick to rectify the issue.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!Bought an LG front load washing machine December 2022It has a production fault. A crack on the inside of the tub that causes the machine to leak a-lot of water when washing.LG cannot fix it as they have no replacement tubs.Ive now been waiting 6 months for my refund and i have had to spend more money on a Samsung washer that actually works.They keep promising and making me complete various different refund forms however the money never gets paid.They don’t respond to the emails to confirm anything they just keep ignoring me and waiting for me to call again so I can fill out more forms and they continue to pretend they will refund.Looks like ill have to take them to the tribunal that is another huge waist of my time let alone the hours I have spent on hold and explaining my problem to various different LG staff over and over this is some kind of sweet hell. Considering this product is faulty from first use this is pitiful service.I have decided to never buy another LG product again and do my best to save the world from purchasing an LG product because they are absolutely abysmal.

LG has poor customer service at the contact point but the LG service tech Uday was amazing. Prompt with arrival time. Full of knowledge and worked quickly and thoroughly. Offered many tips and advice to help maintain not only the machine he came to repair bit also the fridge we own also. If I had a choice I would use Uday directly in future. Highly recommend him as a service tech. For any household goods made by LG.Thankyou for your good work Uday.

After sales service is appealing.I've been waiting 5 weeks for a new motor for my front loader to be replaced under thier 10 year" warranty. LG refuse to replace the machine and continue to stall the repair claiming parts are on order although I have been told that there are no parts available.I've spoken to manages in Phillipines and Sydney. They do not care."

Had an issue with my LG washing machine leaking. Reported to LG, and despite being out of warranty by a few weeks, they treated it as a warranty claim. The technician, Karl, came out only 2 days later. He arrived on time and was very friendly, helpful and quick. All fixed on short notice and for free outside of warranty!

The prompt service from LG was great, but once the technician Uday arrived to fix my fridge the experience only got better. Uday informed me on everything he was doing during the repair. Now my fridge works perfectly again. Uday is an absolute asset to your team LG.
