Wideland Group - Maryborough

Just had to say with floods covid etc this company went over and above to get our camera shipped up and then installed to our Iveco daily. Can not praise them enough for fantastic service.

Matt the service manager & James Ross the number 1 mechanic always look after us. They've been servicing our Iveco Daily since new 2012 highly recommended.

Very frustrating- was initially booked in for next Monday but contacted this morning (Friday) and told our parts had arrived and could we bring it in this morning. So, we changed our plans for the day and took our motorhome in for a replacement sump. When we arrived at 11.30am we were shown the new part and went off for a game of golf whilst they fitted it. We returned at 4.00pm only to be told the parts hadn't arrived" we said yes they had we have seen them!Needless to say we had wasted our day for nothing.We were told the boys can fit it now - its not a big job or you can bring it back tomorrow.We decided to leave it there and told them that we would pick it up first thing 2morrow - watch this space!!Very poor customer service - the place has gone to the pack since becoming WidelandsNot happy at all.Thanks for asking as there needs to be BIG improvements if they want returning customers."

Our second visit here.Just had a Minor Service done on the Iveco and we supplied oil and filter at Widelands Tinana near Maryborough, Qld. They came and asked us if we wanted wiper blades replacing or if we'd like to do it ourselves. Just as well they did it as it's now pouring on the way home. Also noticed the new tyres so said they wouldn't touch them if we were happy with the pressures. Had social distancing also & when we went to pay. Great job, will definitely be returning there from Caloundra, worth the drive.Suzie, our dog was waiting with us in the waiting lounge.

Big thank you to Matt and James from wideland at Maryborough!!! Fixed our truck and went above and beyond to help us!! Gave us a car!! Then dropped us off to motel and picked us up to pick up the truck!! But also gave us a call to see how the truck was going on our travels!! Bloody amazing!! Thanks guys!! So caring!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Thank you. I got to the doors at 5pm, door were locked and all where on there way home. They reopened the shop helped me get back on the road. Hoses,fittings and even sealant. Thanks again you guys are legends

I had pre-arranged warranty work on my Iveco based motorhome. Immediately I arrived and entered reception, staff were asking if I could be helped. A gentleman with a South African accent took my information and despite a staff shortage due to covid, happily assured me they would push through and complete the job regardless. This gentleman displayed an impeccable, customer oriented demeanour. Courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and simply made you feel valued as a customer. He is such a positive and helpful person. The work resolved a very annoying problem and our driving experience has been so much improved. I am thankful to have this authorised Iveco service agent in my home region. Given the sometimes poor and overly expensive experiences of others that I read about on Iveco and motorhome social media forums, Wideland Group at Tinana, Maryborough Qld has to be your preferred service provider, even if it means taking a long drive. Thanks Wideland, a great business with great staff.

These guys are AWESOME! Needed a small, hard to find part, and they went over and above to get me what I needed. Great attitude as well.

I can not thank and recommend the team at Wideland Maraborough (123 Gympie Road, Tiana) enough! So much so, I’ll be driving from Brisbane in the future to support their business. I phoned several Brisbane and Gold Coast service centers that couldn’t assist for long waiting periods and/or didn’t bother returning calls. Brooke, Anthony and Lindsay had me sorted and back on the road overnight! Not only were they fast and pro-active, they were reasonably priced. Motor home owners……THIS is the place that deserves your business!!Grahame
