I went to purchase a drink and lollies 7/9/22, there where 2 people inside purchasing stuff, I could not get inside as the door would not open.I was told I needed to go to the window. I questioned why I had to go to the window when there where already 2 people inside.I was told doors shut at 8pm this was already 8:26pm and people where inside. I would like an explanation as to why ROHAN treated me in this manner stating these people where inside prior to the 8pm door lockout? Which I have been inside later than that on many occasions.

Very rude customer service, was parked as my son was to get slushies for him and his mates after school at Bremer after he lost a bet with his mates.I was rudely approached and told to leave the premises.I explained my child is literally about to buy for him and his mates was less than 5 seconds from entering and I was still told it's private property leave now in a horrid rude tone and arm gestures.Needless to say I stopped and texted my son from getting them and we left for 711 for much cheaper price.Head office we're lovely and understanding about my complaint. You scared away daily customers now enjoy your male Karen staff member.He seemed so delightful.
