Woolworths Mount Pleasant

Loved the wonderful array of fresh fruits and vegetables. Had a question about some meat I wanted to buy and the staff member was most helpful. Heaps of car parking bays. Good experience all round

Underground parking with 4 click and collect spots in parking area and a few electric car charging spots too. There is good cafe called Artem next to the woolies and a small BWS liquor store too. The main Woolies is very large and well stocked including lots of very interesting food selections from different countries. They even make fresh sushi at the store. Makes for a pleasant and comfortable shopping experience. Overall very good.

This is a fantastic Woolworths. So many products available. The aisles are wide and the fridge/freezer section huge. Lots of room even with trolleys.Fresh seafood available. A big deli full of all your favourite cold meats, cheeses, olives and loads of other goodies. They also have fresh Sushi available in store.The shelves are all well stocked and a huge selection of brands available. Their International aisle was my favourite. Bought so many delicious packets of instant ramen.So impressed with the design. So easy to park and access all your shopping desires. The store is full of super helpful and friendly staff. Really fantastic to see.Thanks Woolworths for making all my shopping dreams come true. Will be shopping here frequently as it is on my way home.

The parking is fantastic and not too narrow for my 4WD - staff are always friendly and the shelves are always stacked full. The “Special Cooked Chicken” is awesome .

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting the Mount Pleasant Woolworths near Applecross, Perth, and it left me thoroughly disappointed. It is situated in a congested area, making it difficult to access during peak hours. The lack of proper parking facilities added to the frustration, forcing me to circle around endlessly in search of a parking spot. It is simply unacceptable for a store of this size and reputation to not provide adequate parking options for its customers.Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a disorganized and chaotic environment. The aisles were cluttered, making it a challenge to find the products I needed. The shelves were poorly stocked, with many items missing or in disarray. It felt like the staff had little regard for maintaining a presentable shopping space, as if customer satisfaction was not a priority.The overall cleanliness of the store was appalling. There were spills on the floor, sticky surfaces, and an overall lack of attention to basic hygiene. I felt uncomfortable navigating through the aisles, constantly aware of the unclean environment I was forced to endure.The selection of products was severely lacking. It seemed like the store had not restocked essential items for weeks. The produce section was particularly disappointing, with wilted vegetables and fruits that were far from fresh. It was clear that quality control was not a priority at this location, leaving customers with limited options and subpar products.Furthermore, the staff members at Mount Pleasant Woolworths were unhelpful and indifferent. When approached with inquiries or requests for assistance, they displayed a lack of knowledge and disinterest. It was evident that they were unmotivated and untrained, contributing to the overall negative experience.The checkout process was an absolute nightmare. There were only a few lanes open, resulting in long queues and extended waiting times. It seemed like the store management had little regard for the convenience of their customers, leaving us frustrated and irritated.In conclusion, my visit to the Mount Pleasant Woolworths near Applecross, Perth, was nothing short of a disaster. The inconvenient location, disorganized environment, poor cleanliness, limited product selection, unhelpful staff, and inefficient checkout process all contributed to a deeply unsatisfactory shopping experience. I would strongly advise customers to avoid this store and explore alternative options in the area that prioritize customer satisfaction.

Large store lots of fresh product. Ample car parks. Great atmosphere.
