this is a dishonest business. If your watch cost less then $100 its ok. Anything more than that i would not risk it. He steals from customer and refuse to own up. Wanting to charge more.Terrible person to deal with.

Terrible experience. I thought changing the battery on my watch would be a quick and easy job. First thing he said to me was What do you want?" That should have been my first sign but I ignored it. When he quoted me the price I told him no and that it was too expensive. He replied "Fine but you'll be back!". Hell no! After that encounter

STOLE MY MONEY , STAY CLEAR OF THIS WATCH COUNTER. Had him change my watch battery, the cost was 20 dollars. I handed him a 50 dollar note and he refused to give me any change. This guy is a thief and he knows the Westfield cameras don’t point at his counter. The people having coffee in the cafe next to him even called me over and said the same thing happened last week.

I had my watch battery replaced here out of convenience. I wish I had read the other reviews beforehand but unfortunately I didn’t. I made the mistake of not asking how much upfront and the guy charged me $25… I thought I misheard him and had him repeat it. It’s just a regular watch, nothing fancy. I was shocked and just wanted my watch back so I paid up, but if you want to replace your watch battery go elsewhere as you should be able to at a fraction of the price he’s charging…

Would steer clear!After paying for pressure test and battery change watch leaked. Subsequently no longer works and he now denies ever pressure testing. Would recommend not using and always get itemised receipt.

This guy has been overcharging customers for many years , he is now charging $30 for a new battery and $20 just to replace a couple of links from a watch band which only takes 2 minutes, absolute joke
