Our family went on a 3 week holiday just after Christmas, We also spent the new year there it was such a lovely holiday we got to experience the local culture and enjoyed every bit of our time there. We did a tour in a group of 10. Starting our tour from the south (Ho Chi Min) to the north and then back to the south covering most major parts of Vietnam. We also added in Nha Trang, a costal city know for its diving and beautiful coastal beaches.Thuong and her team (both in Aus and in Vietnam) were nothing but exceptional. They were constantly in touch with us in a WhatsApp group. The pickup and drop of services, hotels, checking in our flights and sending us boarding passes, etc..etc were absolutely fantastic and made our holiday an amazing experience. I would highly recommend if you were planning a trip, use the best operator in the business, Swallow Travels and cover your holiday well. They were constantly in touch with us to make sure we were picked up in time, dropped off in time, and also sent us reminders etc, right up to the time we got back home. Their care and dedication was simply amazing.Thuong was available on WhatsApp any time of day for ANY questions we had, be it currency changing, restaurants, shopping centres etc..If we ever do any cities they cover, we would not hesitate one bit to use their service..Vietnam is a beautiful country to visit, great food and cheap. Shopping was great as well, only do your research and learn to bargain :)Overall a very enjoyable holiday, and Swallow Travels made it that way for us. Thuong (from Swallow Travel) was absolutely amazing at organizing our Vietnam trip! Along with the places we told her we wanted to see, she also recommended many trips and tours and planned it all seamlessly. She was prompt in her responses to any questions we kept asking whilst in Vietnam and constantly updated or reminded us about pick ups and transfers.
