Kim, hairdresser, at Ms Bentleigh Hair and Beauty at the Highpoint Shopping Centre is an incredibly talented hair stylist. Our family continue to schedule our appointments with Kim and have been for a number of years because she is a phenomenal stylists with excellent technical skills and knowledge. She has a broad understanding of the latest trends and shows the amazing skill to integrate those trends into our own personal styles. When I walk out of the salon, I know she has executed my vision to the highest standard and quality where I feel like I have experienced an incredible makeover. Many at my workplace can attest to this as they frequently compliment my hair.Kim consistently conducts herself in a highly professional manner and her customer service is exemplary and always of an excellent standard. She is extremely warm, patient and I would highly recommend Kim for everyone.

Started coming here when my hairdresser started working here.All the ladies are lovely and I could see that they work as a team.I am quite fussy with my hair as it is very curly and Kim has always done an exceptional job with it. If you want BACK to BACK head of of foils trust me that is exactly what you get. She has never faulted me!

extremely disappointed with the service I received. The stylist did not listen to my requests for the hair color I wanted and instead did something completely different. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the stylist became argumentative and began yelling at me. Not only was the service poor, but I was also overcharged for the shoddy work. I would not recommend this salon to anyone and suggest finding a different salon that values customer satisfaction and professionalismSooo sooo rude and unprofessionalDon’t waste your money and time

Kim has been my families hairdresser for 20 years. I could never fault her work or professionalism. She is dedicated to her work and always delivers the best cut, colour and style. She knows what will suit you and what style you can manage. A few years ago my hair was very brittle and damaged due to chemo. She looked after it extremely well and continues to do so. I wouldn't go to anyone else....she is the BEST!!

Go see Kim. She is the best. She was doing my hair previously at another location and when she told me she was moving I followed her to her new location. I wouldn’t see anyone else but Kim.All staff are Very friendly and they provide great service everytime I go there. They listen to what your after and my hair my turns out great every time. Their experience in eye brow waxing and eye lash tint is also great.

I am so impressed by Kim's haircut, colour recommendation & blow-wave, my hair looks absolutely fantastic and I will be returning to see her for my next hair style! It was also priced very fairly :)
