Their team is clearly skilled and they offer great support over the phone ( which is so handy when you can't get to the store and need someone with eyes on a product!). Cannot fault my specialised cake topper all the way from online ordering through to the lady on the phone (I am so sorry I can't remember her name) but she was great and then Chloe who made it beautifully. Ordered it as a quick turn around which was clearly no hassle as I had it arrive interstate 3 working days after my order was placed. Well done to you all, I highly recommend Cakers Warehouse!
