I had a good experience when I walked in to repair a wheelchair wheel. then later I called to ask a wheelchair service. Their service team are quite slow to response email or seems to me that they are not willing to take this kind of work. I updated this review because I found I was contacted by email but my yahoo mail keep the email in spam folder (should be a negative review to Yahoo). What happened after is wheel chair got service in a timely manner. I am very happy with their service.

good quality chairs, quite a few options available, but go in there knowing exactly what you want, or the (as far as I could tell) able-bodied salesman will try to sell you more expensive things that don't suit your exact needs, especially if your reason for seeking a wheelchair is not due to a spinal cord injury. My close friend can't use their core muscles well but was almost convinced into considering a clunky segway chair that relied on core muscles to operate, at double the combined price of the chair and smart drive that they did end up buying.The salesman knows the stock well but seems to view the chairs as fun gadgets and toys rather than life changing assistive devices. If I got a chair myself in future, I would prefer to consult with someone who used one themselves.EDITED TO ADD: The salesman did not properly test the smart drive he sold my friend and it was malfunctioning, which was dangerous.He also somehow ordered the chair in the wrong colour (blue opal instead of matte black despite my friend having written down their preference on the form themselves), but my friend doesn’t want to bring that up with the company because the chair took so long to get to them in the first place that they’re worried about having the chair taken away from them for even more time and leaving them housebound again for that time. The chair works now finally and is good and helpful for them, but I would not recommend this place. Try Mogo.
