Deluxe Guitars have a great selection of local and international pedals that aren’t often available elsewhere.I’d purchased a couple of small utility cables with express post and later in the day I called just before delivery time. I asked if I could have a new pedal purchase (made on that same day) added to the already packed express post. The employee dug through the deliveries to find mine and re-pack to send that day. Really happy with the service I received. I will be back without a doubt!

Just purchased two pedals with Deluxe Guitars. I have to say their service is exceptional. I live in a different state and still received them the very next day. Packaging was sufficient and protected them nicely during shipping. I was so empressed with my experience and have just now purchased three more pedals from them. It is so great to have a shop in Melbourne that stocks high end boutique gear! Dimitri held the last REVV G20 and REVV 112 cab for me to add to my recording setup during the rains until I could get down to pick it up. Great service/great products! I will be back…

I got refunded from Reverb seller because out of stock. So ended up bought this mission engineering ep1-kp from Deluxe Guitars, pay extra bucks to get this one but I'm happy with it because good communication and fast delivery.

Very friendly and helpful staff, knowledgable, allowed me to try a few different options and great to talk with too. In my first visit I knew what I wanted and they allowed me as much time as I needed to make sure it was what I expected. On my second visit, I was unsure what I exactly wanted so we discussed options and they let me try them all to get what i needed. They understood that because I didn't know exactly what I wanted, it didn't mean I wouldn't buy anything. They took the time to assist and offer suggestions and I of course I bought! Would recommend this place to anyone in music if you want quality gear and service.

Deluxe Guitars has been my go to shop for guitar gear for many years now and it is a must visit for any guitarist coming by Melbourne! They’ve had all my favourites including Jam Pedals, Dan Drive, Chase Bliss, and everything in between! Highly recommend!

The best guitar, amps and pedals shop I've ever visited, period. As a working musician I've been their customer for the past eight years and their service was and always is second to none. Also, the staff (Hey Marinos!) are great musicians themselves, and are incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to musician's needs, and their suggestions are always very accurate and to the point. It's a very musician friendly and respectful environment as well with a vast number of all the gears you could ever imagine.Super highly recommended! Cheers!

Great range of pedals and boutique amps. Small rehearsal rooms can be used to demo gear out in privacy. Staff have been helpful when I have been there. Worth a look but realise it's high end gear that has its price.
