THE FOOD WAS GOOD BUT THEN MY DAD WAS SO EXCITED ABOUT HAVING HUNGRY JACKS FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A WHILE AND THEY LITERALLY DID NOT GIVE US HIS BURGER. FIRST TIME AND IT WAS DISAPPOINTING. PROBABLY NEVER GOING AGAIN

Relatively new, modern refit Hungry Jack's.Although quite busy, my meal was great as usual, hot and fresh and supplied promptly.The new Carolina burger is very tasty.I tried the new Jack's Cafe Coffee for the first time and it was quite good, well made. Unlike McDonald's Cafe they ONLY do coffee, no toasted sandwiches, cakes, Muffins, Danishes etc, like McDonald's.Only negative were the rest rooms which were pretty grotty and in need of a clean.

Burgers were a little dry the night I rolled in. Had both a beef and a chicken burger. Beef Whopper lacked some sauce, chicken burger was really nice with the sauces but the patty was on the dry end.Service was decent though, but with a focus on ordering at the machines.Pretty spacious inside, not a lot of parking due to the other restaurants around it as well.Food: 3Service: 4Atmosphere: 2

Hungry Jack's Burgers Springvale
Came here on a weeknight and ordered via the self-ordering machine. Although the restaurant was completely empty and there were many staff around, none of them bothered to make my burgers. Instead, three of them were messing around with the ice-cream machine (or whatever it was). I stood at the counter staring at them for roughly 5 to 10 minutes before the manager finally acknowledged my presence ordered ask one of the crew members to start making my burgers. Waited a few more minutes before my order arrived with one of the burgers missing. I could see a crew member taking a selfie or a tiktoc video in the kitchen while waiting.Food was good though, but WAY too much manpower more than necessary here it seems.P.S. This was a couple of months back in October 2022.

Ordered on app. The longest I’ve ever waited in a drive thru at any hungry jacks in 30 plus years. No recognition or apology from staff for wait. Food was cold drive thru guy serving front desk not working drive thru too busy looking ‘pretty’. Work store staff don’t care about their job or the customers. First and last time here

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Giving the store 1 star is giving them too much credit but unfortunately I can’t give them 0 stars.I went through drive through in the evening on 04/March/23 and had a terrible experience from start to finish. The lady at drive through had ZERO customer service skills. After waiting aimlessly for close to 10minutes she waved at me like she was a robot, said not a single word to me and was bothered when I asked her for the spicy sauce that was not packed into the bag despite of being payed for. The issues don’t stop there.I asked for the meal to be fresh. Specified fresh chips and a burger. Normally I wouldn’t be the type to ask for the meal to be fresh however on numerous if not all occasions I’m served cold food as if it’s been taken out of the freezer.After I had a closer look in my bag I noticed that the chips were half filled. I pulled both packets out and upon closer inspection I noticed that the bottom of the chip packet had been pushed in creating a ‘V’ shape. This might not sound like a big deal however with that shape your large serving automatically turns into a small serving based on the volume that it could hold. The staff reluctantly refilled the chips however not to my surprise they were cold and stale. This was only a sign of more issues to come.The burger looked like it was put together by someone who was on work experience. Now I can forgive the visual side of things however the taste is where I had the problems. Bacon was as close to raw as you can get, beef was burnt and again to no surprise the burger was as cold.As for the cherry on top, they didn’t even give me any straws. Not a big deal but fitting for the quality that they serve.I know that this is a fast food restaurant and I’m not expecting a work of art however I am expecting to get what I pay for. After being served rubbish time and time again I thought I should share my experience. If anyone is reading this and is still contemplating give this store even a dollar, please don’t. It would be better for you to starve yourself.

Came here for just some iced latte and soft drinks, but worst experience as to start with have to wait for 20 mins after order placed just for this drinks (no food) order and on top it iced latte is warm and not even cold , worst latte I ever had. Changed my whole experience and never stepping into any Hungry Jacks going forward

Kudos to the night staff here tonight.. they were late for like 5min or so at the drive way.. we were never really bothered.. cuz it was late, almost their closing time..I'm sure they were trying their best.. they gave us a nugget and 2 dips extra.. not saying that's a lot, but that shows their attitude.. we loved your service and food..cheers guys. Thanks.
