Only one nurse on, with about 6 people in waiting room taking about 20 mins per patient, not apologetic at all. Very understaffed and to small for ammount of people visiting. They are about 15 mins from closing with 6 people waiting, would be surprised if I get served.Edit: I reccomend going to Corrimal who have decent staff levelsEdit 2: They just kicked out half the people here, because they close soon, including sombody crying with a purple hand

tried to phone after 2 pm and engaged but when not engaged no one answered the phone anyway. Tried to get through for over 2 hours with no luck

Open till 1.000m. Went today at (Friday)12.15pm, closed.

Not sure it even deserves 1 star! The lady who works here is super unfriendly (been here multiple times) because she’s obviously doing it all by herself. Today when I got there 25 mins before closing she locked the door as she wasn’t taking any new patients. Wasn’t aware of the fact she can change the opening hours as she pleases?! Won’t ever come back!!!

I don't understand how this business run. I've had lots of bad experiences like late opening late, been waiting for more than an hour outside, unfriendly staff. Today I got there at 2pm (after lunch) and found a note on the door '@ lunch back at 2.30'. Got there at 2.30pm but found the door locked. After a few minutes I could see a staff member in the back room, so I knocked several times without any reaction.When the door was finally opened - I realised I'd forgotten my mask. lol Went to get it and someone was lucky to get in just before me. I had run out of time!Went to Bulli later in the afternoon - lovely and very proffessional staff member and no waiting. Always so much better then Woonona.Would be fantastic if there was a way to book ahead. Then the staff would know how busy they would be and more staff could be scheduled for the busy periods, they would be able to have their scheduled break and everyone would be happy!

Kris has got terrible phone manners. Enough to put tt anyone in a bad mood.

In and out, nearly painless and very professional

Website and signage a door states opens at 0730, I have been there in multiple occasions and at 0800 still not open. No signage. Patients waiting in the rain. Poor communicators and unfriendly staff. High recommend going elsewhere

Cannot rely on this lab to be open per advertised business hours, unreliable service provider.Persons fast from previous evening and turn up following morning only to find the lab isn’t open.
