Warrior One Yoga
I am so grateful to have found this studio. The location is stunning, right on the esplanade, but that’s the least impressive part! The studio is spacious, light, and calming. The teaching style is a wonderful mix of physical and philosophical, Sarah in particular is amazing! Looking forward to many more classes at Warrior One.

Warrior One Yoga
Yoga at Warrior One is such a lovely treat for yourself and feels every bit of the escape you need it to be.There are lots of class options across their 3 studios which is great because I live near Mordialloc, I work close to Brighton and I go with my bestie to Mornington.The teachers are wonderfully experienced and there are even yoga retreats available when you need some extra self care.Highly Recommend the Warrior One team!!!!

Warrior One Yoga
Warrior One has been a sanctuary for nurturing and strengthening my healing body and spirit. Such thoughtful, dedicated, and intuitive instructors, all with a different styles but consistent dedication and commitment. The studio itself is elegantly simple, safe, warm and welcoming. Warrior One has been a true highlight of my time in Mornington. So grateful for my experience!

Absolutely love coming to Sound Healing at Warrior One Yoga. Their Yin Yoga is my favourite and all the staff are so friendly and kind. Thanks for bringing a little piece of paradise to Mornington.

Such a beautiful studio with a cozy atmosphere. The teachers are lovely guides for yoga, very gentle and attentive but also bring an exciting energy to the class. Will definitely be back soon :)

Warrior one is a calm and welcoming environment. I have really enjoyed my time here doing the intro offer... sweet and caring teachers. A beautiful zen environment... you feel rejuvenated. I recommend Carol Merry's classes.

This place is such a peaceful haven. All of the teachers are so warm and brilliant at facilitating a holistic practice. Highly recommend! For body and mind :) best studio I have practiced at.
