The easiest way I've ever seen. It doesn't even have to be open. Just put in your pin number, reach in and grab your garment. Would definitely use this service again

Excellent service.. and a great idea for 24/7 drop off and pick up of drycleaning if you can't get there during business hours.

Friendly staff a bit over priced

Absolutely appalling. Do not use this company unless you want your items damaged. I picked up 2 wedding dresses that I had cleaned by this company and they had been burnt, marks all over the dresses and they had ripped one of the dresses. I am so upset. $6000 worth of wedding dress. When I told the owner, Kim, that they had been ripped and damaged he said to me we are already disagreeing on that". He did not no apologise once. I was also given my wedding dresses back to me in someone else's dress bag which had grass and leaves in the bottom of it. I have many photos to show the damage and I am extremely upset that I was not offered compensation for the damage and very upset for the way I was spoken to."

I have been a client of this business for decades but won’t be anymore! Today I went there to ask some questions with some garments with the full intention of continuing to frequent this business. Naturally I parked in the reserved parking at the front of the cleaners. Before I entered with cleaners my daughter was asked whether we were coming into the cleaners. After leaving this business I walked next door to Skin Fitness with another very quick inquiry, literally five minutes. As we were walking to their neighbour’s business I was berated in the carpark for taking up the parking space and a threat was made to have my car towed. Great treatment of a long term client, thanks, I won’t be back.

I have used this location a few times and my clothes still return dirty, which were not overly marked to begin with. In the past I put it down to wear but recently spent closer to $300 all on the Wednesday deal the company runs. The service was nice enough and the turn around was quick, a day. I had Four dresses and two coats all returned with marks. Two dresses where brand new and worn once, no stains, lightly marked. Usually I would raise it straight away but as there was a number of items to pick up and the location is closed on Mondays, what’s the point afterwards going back again the next week and wasting more of my time ? I don’t wish to be inconvenienced with lack of delivery again. This has happened three times, I returned in the past because I thought it may have been my items but took them elsewhere and they are now perfect.. I will be using another company that will return my items clean, and if there is a issue with my items explain why they couldn’t be cleaned.

Dry cleaning done in record time! Dropped off in the morning, done and ready for pick up in the arvo. Clothing looks immaculate. 10/10 for these guys.
