Beachside Limousines
I'll start by saying that they are nothing but unprofessional. We tried booking an airport transfer through there company telephone as they seemed to be travelling quite the speed on the motorway and was met with what sounded like a drunken female voice followed by a swift hangup. Do not reccomend this limousine at all and will be making sure none of my contacts will be using them either.

Very unfortunate experience, this should be a zero star rating as my driver didn’t even turn up at the agreed date and time per email correspondence. The company stated that I was booked in for the next night, which in no way match the conversation over email. This left me stranded at Sydney Domestic with no way to get home to the Central Coast at 11pm.

We recently used Beachside limousines for airport transfers from Central coast to Sydney airport and return. Highly recommend this company. On time, prompt and efficient service, drivers professional, a great friendly team, nothing a hassle and great value for money. What a joke. This business ruined my daughter's wedding for us. We had organized for a limousine to pick us up at 7.30PM after the wedding at Palm Beach to drive 4 of us back to the Central Coast. We even confirmed it on the Friday before. We waited until 7.45PM and when no limo turned up we rang them and they told us they got the dates mixed up. They offered to send a limo but it would be a 90 minutes wait. We were left standing on the side of the road. We cancelled them and then rang for a taxi. $400 later we were back on the Central Coast at 10.30PM. I could not recommend this business to anyone.

Excellent customer service. Everything asked for was delivered without hesitation. Our driver Brad drove the limo in torrential rain competently & safely. Thanks to Brett & Brad for making our night out to the footy a winner. I highly recommend Beachside Limousines.
