Booked them to do an inspection, took the money and set the time in. Didn't show up when scheduled and rang nearly 2 hours after saying they can't actually do it for another 2 weeks, turns out they didn't have any one free till then. Hopefully I get my money back, very disappointed and wasted everyones time.

ONE OF THE MOST UNPROFFEIONAL COMPANY IN AUSTRALIABooked and paid a pre purchase inspection at the Grays Online Auction to be done on 15/05/2023 at 3pm, however, tried to contact them to get result during the whole day without success. I received an call from a lady in the morning today advising that the technician had an issue, the inspection was reschedule for today morning and I would receive the certificate by the end of today as the auction is going to end tonight 7pm. At this point, I understood the situation and said that is ok. Now, the office has closed and I still did not receive the result or even a contact from them regarding the inspection. If you are looking for some reliable company, avoid NATIONAL AUTO SERVICE, as they charge you for a service and do not deliver it. Totally unprofessional, unreliable and the worst company I have dealt here in Australia.If they had at least said they would not be able to run the inspection, I would had had organised other mechanic to come and have a look on the car, but now, I am in the dark with result I HAVE PAID FOR.AGAIN, DO NOT HIRE THEM IN CASE YOU WANT SOME PROFESSIONALISM

Paid for an inspection report on a classic car that was going for auction interstate at Grays Online. Report stated that the car would not start. Because of this, in more than half of the report every item was listed as fail". Report also stated that the heater and air con were working OK

Fabulous family owned business. Friendly mechanics and administration staff! Honest, trustworthy and amazing value! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! I highly recommend NAS!

Wow - what service!The mechanic answered every question I had about my vehicle then showed me information I had no idea about.The difference it makes when someone is willing to go above and beyond is insurmountable!
