I very highly recommend Sam. Sam has been our plumber for the last 10 years and he shows reliable professionalism with everything he does. He has very budget conscious prices. I have always found Sam to have awesome customer service. Just recently our drains blocked and Sam was willing to be here as soon as possible and he was here within the hour. He unblocked the drain within minutes which helped us out of a bind. Forever grateful Sam, Thank you.

Sam undertook some work at our home to address a blocked drain in our shower and also to install some gutter guard on our property to address leaves blocking up the downpipes.Sam was prompt, courteous and undertook the job as quoted and required.The drain issue was fixed and we no longer need to climb a ladder and clear out the gutters so often.We without hesitation would recommend Sam for his services for his fair and direct approach.

It's often hard to get a really good tradie when you have to go looking on the internet, but we certainly found one in Sam & his offsider, Ray. Ours was only a relatively simple job, but their professionalism was a credit to their business. Sam was very prompt in returning my initial call (rare these days!) and was both attentive and helpful in dealing with my issues. Ray, his offsider who actually did the job, was a very pleasant young guy who went about fixing the problems quickly and quietly and gave me some really good advice on some other issues that concerned me. I will certainly be using them again for future jobs.

I can highly recommend Sam the Plumber and his staff. They have done several jobs for us over the last few years and are always polite, professional and affordable. Most importantly they always clean up before they go, great work!

Called Sam about a leak in our roof.Great response, job sorted, very fair price.Definitely recommend Sam.

Initially we were pleased with the speedy service and previously recommended them. That was, until the $1500 water bill came in for a years worth of water usage.The crux of the situation was that when they reconnected the water main they did not bother to check if the meter was running which resulted in a humongous underground water leak for 4 or so days until they came back to complete the job.Upon raising this with Sam, he denied all responsibility and instead put the blame back on me for giving him a job that he had underquoted on, saying he should have charged me more and that it took longer than he expected.He also flatly lied that he had told me we needed to turn the water off at the main (which we would of had no idea how to do) which is completely untrue.We are in the process of commencing legal action in the small claims court to recover these funds.

Came out on short notice on Sunday and saved the day.
