Did a shopping at coles ingleburn at 18:47 pm on Sunday, served by the lady named madelene, worst service ever. She literally threw receipt, instead of handing out to the customer and also asked for the bag she didn’t bag it. And no greetings to the customers , terrible experience, she does look like a supervisors but need more training.

Coles is the greatest shopping giant I ever had staff is great putting customers first is I got a good services from Coles even flybyes I say it's pretty strate forward thanks to Coles & flybyes I ended up getting a rewards & more.

Wanted to purchase some denture care products, toothpaste, denture tablets and denture toothbrush whilst I was able to purchase the toothpaste and tablets, although I had checked online to make sure the denture toothbrush was in stock I was unable to find it as the toothbrush display was in total disarray, asked the service desk about it and was then told no it was not in stock better stock management is needed

Example of very poor and outrageous service provided by Coles Ingleburn NSW on 9 Jan 2023 around 6:45 pm:-at Coles when I asked for a product the schoolboy attendant advised that it’d take more than 10 minutes to look in their system!-at Liquorland when I took a pack of beer out fridge, the extremely rude and unprofessional man commented without a reason. Note that he even didn’t greet or asked for any assistance!No wonder why the foreign Coy like Aldi has vastly taken over large share of market traditionally controlled by the two Aussie giants!

Their online service cancelled my order for their own stuff up but the manager and 2 other workers didn't get their names were very friendly and helpful after this had happened
