As everyone else has said the lady there is the rudest person you could come in contact with a smile doesn't hurt or cost you anything but it looks like it may break your face you're so stuck up horrible experience don't bother complaining take it as far guys don't complain to management they lie and hide the footage

A Service station!. Petrol price a little more than others. Not by much. Has a handy mini supermarket to help out with staples. Lots of pumps. Staff varies but always polite and professional.

Both me and my partner have had such pleasant experiences with the lady working tonight. We didn't catch her name but on each occasion she has been such a pleasant and kind person. She has short hair and is in general just a kind and sweet person. We both hope she receives the accolades she deserves

Disgusting customer service from Shelley. Went to fill in and the pump ran out. Went to pay and advised that the pump wouldn't release anymore fuel. The snarky response received was 'maybe your car is full'. Why would I go to the effort of lying? I can hear when the click goes off and it didn't. Instead you were despicably rude. Polish up your customer service skills please.Seems like a few people writing these reviews have a similar consensus about her.

I always found a good experience with this Petrol station and Foodary, anytime.Always something available for what I wanted. Bathrooms were also available.

The lady works there it's Unvelivable rude unfortunately we are local and we use the car wash and petrol most of the time Caltex should teach a bit manner and customer service to the staff she always angry and grumpy she might need a bit holiday please little bit review of the team members of the company we all professional hard worker local that's not the right attitude we deal with all the time
