Worst jewellery shop on earth, bought a item for my mother for mothers day not what she wanted so went back all within 20 minutes to be told no refunds store credit only, I could understand if it was a week or 2 but not even 20 minutes is a bit wrong. And there customer service is beyond the joke, the staff there needs to learn they are staff we are customs, if it was not for us they would not be receiving a pay check, anyone looking for a piece of jewellery pls avoid this place even if you have to pay a little extra worth it....

Today I went to exchange my watch which I bought 3,4 days ago. There was a short blonde lady, one of the worst customer service I have ever had. The way she talk to me I feel like intimidating me, staring at me when ask question. I was so dissapointed that I didnt exchange.

I couldn’t decide which chain length to buy so I said I’ll buy both and I’ll bring the incorrect one back. I returned to the store ONLY 2 hours later and apparently you cannot return items that were on sale. I then got the sales lady that sold it to me and she said she didn’t know that rule. I then waited for the manger who told me that I couldn’t return it, even though the sales lady admitted that she didn’t know this rule.

Really disappointed, I took a bracelet in to be repaired & all it needed was a loop/clip to be able to wear it, that's it & they quoted me more than was actually paid for the whole bracelet in the 1st place, will be going somewhere else for repair! What a rip off

Afordable and Always have good prices when there sales are one. Like shopping here the most on Boxing day 26th and 27th of December when everything is 50 % off. Thats why i love to shop at prouds the jewellers
