Update7 months on. Left multiple messages. Receive excuses...Promises to call back that never eventuate. We have been nothing but polite and patient.Apart from cancelling on the day of installation and me losing a day off work they are the type of company that doesn't respond when there is a problem. The carpet layers left me with this crooked and visible join line and we have been waiting on a reply from them to address the matter since the 19th of August. The 2 stars is for the product which is quite good.

Good & Bad Experience , Flooring & Tiles purchased and paid for on purchase. Sales man helpful on the day. Last Week had Hybrid Flooring & Tiles delivered which we helped unload. 2 men arrived 7.20am to lay flooring, Couldnt fault their floor laying work. We worked with them moving furniture We thought the colour was perfect, but unsure of the white on sides of each panel. Which we should have been alarmed with then and stoppedlflooring was stippey but thought it may look different with furniture on. We called up on the day once workmen left and was told to send emails with photos. I did, with photos and photos of our old house flooring which we were extremely happy with. By Monday I called to be told by same salesman It is Not their fault , Cant do anything as we should stopped workman that day, nothing they can do. And rudely hung up on us. I had expressed I had been crying for days over this large amount of money laid out and the disastrous colour pattern of stippey grain look like a Zebra stripped. All we needed was support and to work with us on the solution. We have had numerous people in and look at it and said the same its not right. It should not be looking like this. We also had other flooring company come in to tell us its not correct and company should be looking after us. Please help us so we can be happy with your Company. At the mom.ent serious on taking this further to Consumer Affairs if we don't get help from you.

Purchased bed in August. Wrong bed delivered. Wrong color, wrong height, wrong mattress!!! Now week before Christmas & still getting stuffed around. Would never recommend this .company . Now forced to take legal action to either get bed we ordered or full refund
