Our TV stopped working and the good guys arranged for APM to fix it under warranty. The service we received was outstanding. All the staff members we dealt with were so friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this business.

We used this business to get our microwave fixed under “warranty”. We asked for advise as fixing it cost us about $180 and we’re advised that once the piece was replaced the microwave should run well thereafter. One month after their short 3months warranty on the “brand new” megatron the microwave had the exact same issue. All they said was this never happens and that we’d need to pay to get the piece replaced again.

Expertise is the word I would use to describe. The kind of knowledge where I can tell the technician the type of problem on an 8 year old unit, and he knows straight away. Highly recommend.

This is the second time we have dealt with this company … their service is second to NONE. I phoned re a problem with our TV, spoke to their friendly receptionist Sonia who then put me through to a technician called Malcom. He was so helpful, could have booked an appointment to come out to our home, that would have made them money, but no … instead he gave me a few suggestions as to what he believed may fix the problem. Yes … we followed his instructions and all is back up and running. We are both so impressed with APM Electronics. We highly recommend this company … they are simply the best!
