Quest Collision Centre

My Range Rover has been repaired at Quest Collision Center. I had 3 NRMA claims repaired at the same time and from drop off to pick up it only took 5 working days. The repairs and paintwork that have been completed on my Rang Rover are impeccable and off the highest standard.The owners Fred and Khalil offer an awesome service and are great blokes. The shop manager 'Costa' and Estimator 'Ash' are 1st class, Parts Manager Janine, absolutely gorgeous and at front desk, Jemen is utterly delightful!well done guys! you are a fabulous team. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!

Had my car taken here through budget direct as an insurance claim. They provided the quote in no time, organised rental car hire for me and even dropped me at the rental car shop. Bill and the team were very professional and easy to deal with unlike most panel beaters I have used in the past. Recently put my car in after a minor fender bender. The team were all friendly and welcoming. The gentleman who assessed the damage was lovely and we had a good natter. Gemma at the front desk - also lovely.Their communication and assistance in arranging taxis and returned trip was amazing. They have a really great business and the body work looks great very precise and spot on.Love your work. I recently had my car repaired at the Quest Collision Centre following an accident. The claim was not straightforward but wonderful Ash took control and sorted out all the extra paperwork with the NRMA. It took a little longer than anticipated to get my car back but throughout the whole process Ash willingly took my calls, treating me at all times in a kindly and polite manner (much appreciated as this isn't always the case when you are a senior citizen). I was absolutely bowled over when I collected my car. My 2014 Mazda looks brand new! They even buffed up some minor damage which wasn't part of the claim! It was beautifully cleaned inside and out - I can't speak highly enough of this incredible centre. I will certainly be recommending them to my friends even if their issue isn't insurance related. Took my car in on the Friday to be assessed after someone hit me, the staff told me they could fit me in the Monday and had organised a hire car and a lift to the hire car place. They were constant with their communication and answered all questions I had. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. The staff at Quest Collision centre went above and beyond and are all so lovely and helpful. Amazing team and company.

Costa and his team were amazing at helping me repair my car that was involved in an accident. He went out of this way to help with a car hire, fit me in and sped up the repair process so I could have the car back earlier before an overseas trip. He was constant in his communication at keeping me in the loop on what was happening and made an otherwise stressful time comforting and fuss-free. Thank you Costa and your wonderful team at Quest!
