I, being a commercial builder, engaged Alarm Logic to undertake modifications to an existing alarm system in a fit out we were doing.Alarm Logic provided a fixed price quote.They didn't meet their schedule / deadlines at any stage of the project.The Project Manager failed to return my emails or phone calls in a timely manner.The PM was incompetent.Their installer broke the buildings automatic front door, which I had to pay for the repairs in spite of their own guy breaking the door.They then invoiced me an additional $1,000 above the quoted price in spite of doing ZERO extra work NOR sending any Variation paperwork for approval.One of the dodgiest companies I have dealt with in S.A
