Barre Body Online

I enrolled in BarreBody’s Pilates, Barre and pre and post natal and having access to their amazing online platforms both for studying and getting practice and learning from other amazing professionals in the BarreBody team was such a treat. I loved doing and observing the workouts of other instructors and get a sense for what it could look like for me to embody who I am and bring my unique qualities to my classes. I was inspired and I hope to continue to learn from all these amazing professionals. 100% recommended.

When I was living in Sydney, I was a loyal attender of Barre Body classes... now as I move interstate a lot, I am loyal follower of Barre Body Online. The teachers are great, and the online content is challenging, well-structured and high quality. I highly recommend for anyone, from the newbie to the experienced teachers!

I started out taking the Barre Body online courses during the pandemic when I couldn't take classes at a studio - it was a wonderful blessing to have Barre Body Online as an option during that time. The classes are so well done, and each instructor brings their own magic to their class- the variety and diversity of all the classes are amazing! Each barre class feels personalized and provides you with an excellent workout that is safely taught with a cool down and often even has a meditation at the end. I learned about the Barre Teacher Training course through my involvement with Barre Body Online. During the training having access to the Barre Body online course was so very helpful, helping me to meet the requirements and to study the classes, and to learn more and more about Barre techniques and styles from a variety of marvelous instructors! I completed the Barre Body online Mat Pilates Training course, whilst i was on maternity leave. I have loved it! The online modules were well set out and great learning tools on the anatomy and physiology required to make a great pilates teacher.I felt super supported throughout which is a real credit to all the Barre Body team and the time the girls put into the course. Barre Body Online is a wonderful programme. I completed the Barre Body Mat teacher training course. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I am a Physiotherapist with a dance background and I thought they had a great balance of anatomy theory and creativity in class creation. I also personally was on a slow return to work due to health issues and the online flexibility of the course was incredibly helpful and made it possible for me to train and learn at my own pace. I'm very grateful:) I now teach online classes as well as in the Physio clinic I work in. Thanks guys xx

I completed my Barre and Pilates Teacher Training Online with Barre Body two years ago and highly recommend becoming an online member too! There is a beautiful variety of classes to choose from and having the different styles and teachers is great! I am still an online member and do a daily class from their platform. I love that if I feel like a good stretch or a cardio sweaty session I know I can find it on Barre Body Online. Highly Recommend!

Barre Body provided the most enjoyable teaching/learning experience for Mat Pilates! The content, instructors, ease of online use and assessment requirements were very informative, useful and engaging! Could not recommend more highly undertaking a course with Barre Body Teacher Training!!!

Barre Body Online have been an absolutely incredible platform from the get go. The range of content, resources and experienced instructors are second to none. Their instructors are so personable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The creativity and flow of each class is probably my favourite part about Barre Body Online... each class is uniquely challenging in their own way. I have a home studio, with no access to gyms or studios close by, so the Online platform has been a game changer. It's also incredible value. The classes are so creative, fun, challenging and different, which for me is really important as I love variety! BB Online is super accessible and easy to filter, so you can find a workout that interests you. If you are looking into becoming certified or just love Pilates/Barre, I honestly couldn't recommend this resource more! I use it almost everyday.
