Went to mister minit on Thursday 3:30pm and Friday 1pm. No one there, but customer service told me they still run to 4pm. Just don't go during lockdown. Wasting time

Mister Minit at Wollongong Central are always so helpful and get the job done with ease. They have helped me with key cutting services previously, no fuss and efficient. Today they helped me with adding holes to sandal straps to improve sizing – free of charge! Would recommend you go here for any key / shoe repairs etc., exceptional service. Thanks!

Great service here! Fast, quality, value.A big thanks to Tom, he replaced my watch battery about 3 weeks ago, then my favourite Guess watch just stopped working.Tom opened it up, got it working again, and the reason it wasn’t working is because I’d had the stopwatch running constantly.Tom replaces the battery, stopped the stopwatch, and didn’t charge a cent.Fantastic service!

Great service, friendly and always happy to assist. 2 separate occasions now Ben has helped out. First one, was being out shopping and my daughter needed a hole punched in her belt, second time a screw in my sunglasses fell out. On both occasions, there was no fuss and no charge. I insisted to pay but was refused. Very Thankful for the assistance and service. Highly recommend.

I left my sandals (Wollongong store) to have the heels replaced & when I went back to collect them a few days later the straps at the back of them had been stretched to the point of almost being snapped.When I pointed out the damage to my sandals his comment was, well what do you want me to do about it?If the straps were stretched to the extent they are now, which is, I can no longer keep the sandals on, then why would I pay to have the heels replaced, it doesn't make any sense.I would suggest before leaving your shoes to photograph them first.Totally disappointed with the service & attitude.

Tom was such a fantastic help to me. I had concerns regarding my newly replaced watch band (replaced else ware) and Tom was so helpful in fixing the band for me. He was so responsive and went above and beyond to help me have the band fixed in time.He really puts the customer first and it was very refreshing to see a business so heavily focussed on providing the best service possible.I will definitely be visiting Mr Minit WOLLONGONG whenever I need any future work done.Thank you so much Tom - life saver!! :)

He could have just refuse the job in the first place. Unless you want to be dishonesty quote twice at double price in the midst of half repair and error in the wrong watch bracelet strap clip on direction plus his emotional issues lashing out at you, when you refuse the second higher quote and the job half finish. Never again! So unprofessional and just go two stalls away, for the other watch repairer counter from them, in the crown st mall so much better experience.

I went to Mr Minit for a battery for my car key. I had opened the fob showed it to the staff member. He found the battery popped it in and closed the fob. For that they charged me $25. I did not ask him to fit it or anything else. I assumed it was some special long life battery. On checking it is $5 00 at best.
