Disgraceful lack of customer service. Three staff members standing around chatting. I waited for 10 minutes and not one person approached me. I ended up walking out. Will take my business to another store!

Bought the gift for my sister in this shop today. And the lady who served me was so good! She helped me to find the gift for my sister also told me what can I get for my birthday discount. I believe that’s will be the best gift for my sister . She was only one stuff in the shop this afternoon. I didn’t noticed her name. She gave me a very good experience for this shop. Thanks a lot

Really mortified at the service I received today. I was after a voucher for a Christmas present and waited in front of the counter. I was first in line and another lady was being served. As I waited, a line of people lined up behind me also waiting to be served. About 5 minutes went past when a girl asked me if I needed help, I stated that I was after a voucher and she told me that I needed to go to the back of the line. I said to her that I was already in line and she pointed to my left and said I needed to line up on the left hand side of the store. I told her that there was no one lined up when I arrived and that the only other person being served was the lady at the counter when she disrespectfully replied, oh well I wasn’t here then so you need to go line up at the end. The person I was with said don’t worry about it and we walked away angrily at the way in which we had just been spoken to and the attitude. The girl then turned to her colleague and began laughing as we walked out.Myself and my whole family spend money here quite often whether it be for birthdays, Christmas presents and etc and I promise that none of us will ever step foot in this store ever again. Quite humiliated and ashamed at the behaviour of this young girl.

Had a great experience today, had a bracelet which had broken but had no receipt, they were able to help with a discount on a new one. Very happy camper! Also got some goodies for myself for my birthday thanks to the Valentine's Day sale. Love Pandora, great customer service always too.

I went into your Cranbourne Store yesterday. I was served by a girl called Hatty she was so beautiful full of empathy and love she was soCaring. It was so lovely to meet her and be served by her.Husband had bought me a bracelet wirhlit

Pre-Christmas it was packed but the crowd managed really well. Fairly quick to get inside. Special offer because I wanted 2 Christmas themed items I was gifted a free bracelet to wear them on. Cheerful service complete with 'Merry Christmas' as we were leaving.

I was being served by a lovely, helpful girl as I was trying to buy my partner a necklace. As I was choosing from the necklaces, we were rudely interrupted by the store manager. She was extremely rude and unhelpful to me and the girl working there. Good initial customer service turned into a nightmare by the manager. I cannot imagine being a worker with her as the manager, I really feel for those girls.

Tried to drop off a bracelet for polishing, the girls spent 5 minutes trying to sell me a jewelry box to store it in and a cleaning cloth which I declined. She then told me they had no time to polish the bracelet???? Stop trying to upsell maybe and get polishing girlfriend
