The care given to my dogs by the staff at Greencross Forest Lake is nothing short of exceptional. The staff are awesome and are always friendly, professional and accommodating. It's a great relief to know that my dogs are always in excellent hands when visiting Greencross Vets at Forest Lake.

The team knew straight away that this was an emergency when my cat was unable to urinate and fitted us in immediately.They were caring, professional and very thorough- Sir Purrcival Jelly Donuts (Jelly for short) has now fully recovered thanks to their quick action and fantastic care!

Really good vets, caring for your animal & providing only needed advise & care. They do not spin circles & give you (charge you) things you do not need. We turned up for our appointment to be told it was for the next day. The young lady at the counter advised to sit and wait and we were called in at our allocated appointment time anyway. Our poor Deezel was sick & we were worried & it's good to know we can actually depend on this vet for his needs!!

The team were absolutely AMAZING with fitting us in for an emergency appointment (on a Saturday too!), and were so accommodating and friendly. A special thank you to the two lovely ladies at reception who fitted us in last minute - they were extremely attentive & kind and even helped me get Max back in the car! We are so grateful!

All the Vets, nurses and admin staff are always very helpful. Have been going to this Vet practice after it opened mid 1990's and wouldn't entertain the idea of taking my pets anywhere else for the care and advice I need.
