Turned up out of the blue regarding an Anderson plug issue, I was informed that it had been installed by them, turns out it wasn't, but issue was resolved all the same in a speedy, efficient and courteous manner, would certainly use them again should the need arise.Many thanks for your time

Update 2 - You want me to go through consumer affairs to make a claim against you, you told me that on the phone. You need to reimburse me, that would be ethical.Update Thursday 11th May - I replaced the coil within the distributor, see picture of the old one, obvious damage, problem fixed! I'm a woman of almost 60 yrs, never been under a bonnet and did this simple job myself with the help of a youtube video. Cost me $75. Will I be compensated by this business owner? I doubt it. $1800 down the toilet. I honestly don't know how this bloke can sleep at nightCharged me $1800 for distributor problem. Claimed it was the computer, claimed only 2 people in Australia could fix it, kept the car for at least 5 weeks without communication, then hit me with the bill. Drove away and quickly realised the problem wasn't fixed. Rang a while after to inform Peter the car wasn't running good, few times wouldn't start at all. Decided I couldn't handle the stress of taking it back to them so left it at that time. Fast forward about 5 months, car started misfiring and engine cut out. RAC guy got a fault code up showing it was the distributor. Had numerous arguments with Peter who has been extremely rude and initially refused to provide a copy of the invoice from the computer people. When he finally did, he scrubbed out the company name and the amount was different to that which he told me they had charged. Now I have no money and my car is off the road. I'm screwed. Thanks for nothing. Offered to have a look at it but when I said I would want to be there to see the work, was told no, I would have to leave the car with them. Absolute scam. Save your money and go somewhere else

Came here because of all the great reviews. Sadly what I found was an incompetent bunch of scammers. Tried to screw me over with a sky high quote for some basic repairs, which I declined. Called me back not long later with a made up story and a better price. At this point I felt the trust had been lost but for convenience I gave them the go ahead to carry out the repairs. On pickup I found more problems then when I dropped the car off. They made me feel like an inconvenience for raising the issues. They weren't any help but after a few YouTube videos the problems were fixed. (In hindsight I could of carried out all repairs myself for 1/5th of the price). On later inspection I found large chips out of my paint work which the owner strongly denied was caused by them as well as damage to upholstery and rubber. A suggestion would be to employ staff that can fit into the car without breaking it. Still waiting for a response regarding the damage. If your after honesty and integrity with your auto electrical work then this is not the place for you.

1st class service from start to finish! Super friendly and very reasonable prices. Peter and his staff really went above and beyond to ensure the job was done quickly and efficiently yet still at a great price! I could not be more happier with the service I received from Class 1 Auto Electrics!

I had a part which needed bench testing and rang around other auto sparkie shops and no one was willing to do the job. Had a recommendation from a mechanic to give Class1 a call and Peter told me to bring in the part all tho they were very busy. He diagnosed the issue and I was away. Best customer service around which a lot of businesses in the same field lack. Have ever since been going back and always get looked after. Wouldn't go any where else.

I may be generous when it comes to reviews, however I can honestly say that Class 1 is truly Class 1! Very professional and absolute experts in the field. I had immobiliser trouble just before work and the Technician was there within the Hour and done in less then half an hour. When my indicators where playing because of the bypass they did, I came in the next morning and it was fixed for free and in less then 30 minutes. Great Job guys ill definitely be working with them again.

The guys were great. Able to see the car same day I called. Had the lights replaced quickly for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended

Class 1 auto is the best place to go, they are very smart. I went to mazda, they couldn't fix the problem but class 1 auto did it for me. Thank you guys
