I had another company say 2 weeks and there's a back log to catch up on so, I decided to ring up stepney appliances to see how long to fix vac, I took it in to them and 2 days later was fixed, I find them very professional good pricing and efficient, I was surprised to have my vac back that quick, highly recomend them to any one.

I called and asked if I could bring in my vacuum cleaner as I was not sure if it could be repaired. 30 minutes later including travel I was a very happy customer. It turned out to be an easy job for an expert. The man who helped was kind and did not charge me. I wanted to let you all know that professional and kind can go together. Thanks immensely.

What a brilliant business! Old fashioned service, great depth of knowledge, friendly, professional, efficient and very cost effective. I'd had an (exhorbitant) estimate from another well known business to repair a well-loved vacuum. Stepney Appliances were a third of the cost, and did it on time (less than a week), and kept me informed throughout. Highly recommended for vacuum sales, parts & repairs. 2023 update: Recently returned for some parts for my beloved Wertheim vaccuum. Still great service and professional knowledge. Parts in stock at a fair price. They also sell better machines than the big-box store. Very highly recommended.
