Great experience so far, especially with Navdeep which I highly recommend for waxing services. She's a very dedicated person who knows her job and makes you feel at ease.

I used to come here for eyebrow and upper lip threading all the time. However the past two times I came here, the service has not been good. The eyebrows weren’t threaded properly with some stray hairs still there. Upper lip wasn’t threaded clean. The girl today was so bad it seemed like she’s inexperienced. When I went in, she was chatting on the phone and there was no one in the shop. I sat and waited for her to finish her phone call for about 5 mins. She barely even finished doing both my brows and upper lip and she went “all done”, and walked straight to the counter to ring my bill in. Didn’t even ask if I was happy with it. She then walked back towards where I sat and checked on her soup which was sitting at the table where I sitting. Really had a CBF attitude. Think I’ll drive a bit further and go to the one in the glen instead.

Usually my experience here is good. But coming in today to thread my eyebrows was a horrible experience. Upon arriving I was greeting without any enthusiasm, the lady kept looking at her phone and did not once look up. She heard me come in and responded with ‘what would you like to do’, she kept looking at her phone throughout the encounter and clearly did not want to be there nor care about customer service. This would have been excusable if she did a good job- which she did not. She left random strands on my eyebrows, the job was not clean. It took a total of 2 minutes to do both my eyebrows and I was shocked. When she asked me if I liked them, before I could even respond she said ‘don’t fix it more it will be too thin’. I definitely won’t be back because the work here is inconsistent. They need to have a session where all the technicians are taught the same standard of work. My experience happened on the 08/06/2023 at 1pm.

Avoid this place at all costs. Their staff keeps changing and they have no technique to do the eye brows... They charge hefty money but do nothing impressive. I went in today and came back unsatisfied even after paying $28.I didnt have any small hair when I got there, the lady broke the hair while threading and then cannot take them out because they are too small... seriously?Basically, after spending money on threading, I had to pluck ay home..I will be looking for another place to do threading now..Hate this place!

I have gone here a few times and haven’t really had a bad experience. Today was an exception. I will never ever go back here. There was a different lady there today and she completely ruined my eyebrows. I left in tears and she didn’t do anything apart from aggressively scrubbing my brows and said “all better”. Butchered my brows and also left hairs in random places. I wish I could leave a pic here for you to see how she ruined my brows. Please if you care about your brows do not go here. I am mortified to say the least

This is my usual place where i do my eyebrow threading. Prabrjot did amazing job on my brows without any discomfort or pain. I’m so pleased with the work. Definitely coming back.

The last few times I’ve been here, it’s been the same lady working. She’s always so rude, and never smiles. I was waiting this morning (31/12, 10:40am) and watched her repeat to a lady in the chair “sit up, sit up” because she was too low in the chair. No please, no thank you, just monotone and disgustingly rude.I walked out after that. I’ve only ever come here for the convenient location but I’ll travel a bit further and get my brows done from now on because this shop does not deserve my business.

Never again after today, butchered my eyebrows after I specifically said not to touch the shape just clean up. Shannon was the only one I could get consistency from & today I had no choice but to try someone else. How can you run a business with no consistency in staff and technique. Stay away if you take pride in your brows. To make it worse she was so arrogant and showed no empathy in the dissatisfaction.

All the negative reviews are ACCURATE!!!!I thought the lady before me was difficult and fussy but I should have taken her lead and left!!!!Aside from the long wait while the rep was busy and the other in the back doing nothing, the level of brow threading was appalling! Not even beginner level for the price paid compared to their peers!Did a very bad job on eyebrows (butchered!) and missed hairs on upper lip. No attempt to check work or go over threaded areas!An absolute joke of a service providerShould NOT be trading as beauticians!NO STARS!!!! (But had to pick one to post)
