I love this local pharmacy. The are under the larger Priceline umbrella but there is nothing ‘chain store’ about them- they are so helpful and care about their customers and all staff who I have ever interacted with are interested and kind, eager to try to meet my needs. They are very knowledgeable about their products and very prompt to order things in for you if not in stock already.

Reviews are consistent with my experience. Customer service is top notch. The phamacists take the time to make sure you get the care you need. Very warm and sincere. I don't even know what the price difference is compared to the lot at Chemist Ware##### but at this point it's irrelevant. Will be my preferred phamarcy from here on.

Amazing customer service!I went in to collect a rental breast pump a couple of days after my son was born.There's a bit of a learning curve with this sort of thing but the girls working there (Mia and Mel especially, mothers themselves) really helped reassure me with their great advice and suggestions to support my wife with feeding.Definitely feels like a friendly family pharmacy and not a typical chain store.

A Pharmacy with everything and where prescriptions are delivered quickly yet time slows down in the calm friendly atmosphere. Also my go to for great prices on makeup, first aid and Haircare but that’s me. I’m sure you’ll find your you!!

Always a hassle at this place. Every other store takes returns from every other store. This store turn you away. not cool. We had to contact head office to make this store manager to give us a refund. Only 1 young staff is really nice but not enough training. Everyone else was a hassle. Smile only lasts about first 5 seconds on their faces. Always had to complaint to head office for this store to work. This store just doesn't work. Go elsewhere. Go Chaddy store.

The way the managment here treats young girls who are just trying to earn some money and do their jobs is honestly appalling, I also find it interesting how the owner also owns a competing pharmacy around the corner. Dodgey place.

This place doesn’t deserve one star. My book from ebay is here but the staff can’t find it. They can’t be bothered about the situation. They don’t care about the customers even when I asked them if they do. It’s always a hassle. Frustrating. I get better treatment elsewhere not here. I think I need to take it further like court. They refused to pay my costs of the book.

The staff are so friendly and professional, I would highly recommend speaking to Mia (I believe that’s her name, sorry if wrong) if you need any hair advice. She is full of knowledge and one of the loveliest ladies to speak to. She will take time with you and is extremely patient when asking for advice and I couldn’t rate her customer service any higher. You will always have a great experience with her, plus you know she knows her stuff with that gorgeous hair of hers!
