I can't tell you how incredibly helpful Alan was after I dropped my laptop. While it was being fixed, he managed to remotely get onto it and get some files off that I needed urgently for a job interview. He explained everything that was wrong with it, charged way less than I was quoted elsewhere and also a genuinely respectful, lovely and friendly guy. I will absolutely use him again. After being told by another repair shop that my laptop was 'damaged beyond repair', Alan was able to ensure my laptop was up and running again.
