D&R’s Motorcycles

We recently purchased a new bike and have had dealings with D&R's for about 20 years (only because we didn't live here before then). The entire team is a pleasure to deal with, helpful and accommodating. I also am particularly impressed at their ability to suggest the best value solutions, given the age and duty cycle of some of our older equipment.Keep up the great work!

Helpful and knowledgeable staff, helped me out of a jam with a bicycle repair even though they are predominantly a motorcycle store. Seemed well priced too and friendly, would definitely go to them again.

Great service. Got me out of trouble twice in a week. Needed a rear tyre for my GSA due to a puncture that we just could not plug. Then a week later the front tyre decided to pack it in with numerous pin hole leaks (maybe an old tyre or faulty?).Both times they had a solution and got me back on the road so we could complete our ride.Well done.Thanks again.

I was riding inland from Canberra to Airlie Beach and developed an oil leak on my bike that affected the drive belt and was getting onto the tyre. I rode straight into the D&R workshop and explained my problem. The staff went to work on my bike immediately to help me ( Mace, Carly and Graeham) Carly the workshop manager drove me to the hotel to get a room picked me up the next morning to collect my bike.I can not find the words to describe how friendly and helpful the staff of D&R are to motorcycle tourists from out of town. They are known for helping the stranded out of town riders. Without their help I would be stranded. They went well beyond what I expected and delivered the best quality customer service I have ever experienced in any industry.They are friendly trustworthy thoughtful and experts in motorcycles.... You can put your faith in them to do the right thing always.

I sent my bike for a top end inspection and valve set, they managed to make the bike drop a valve 5 mins of riding after they adjusted it. Would not compensate at all, terrible customer service and sub par mechanics
