Whilst members of the Remax Advantage team are friendly and personable as an owner I received requests for work and to fund such things as changing a light bulb by an electrician and damage to oven door by tenant which I shouldn’t have, then form 12 for tenants vacating was not issued correctly which meant buyers almost pulled out of sale and, whilst compensated, a delayed completion date causing me massive amounts of stress and inconvenience. I would have expected better comms between rental and sales team to ensure a smooth sale. I really like all of the team members and they were good with account payments but I was highly disappointed in these areas. I would like to see Remax improving practices to avoid this experience for others in future. I was unnecessarily left out of pocket and stressed.
