I had been to the store this afternoon and I had noticed something sweet about a young lady staff helping out the vulnerable people. I was just sitting beside that old women and the way she helped her to check out and organise the products in the bag was phenomenal and I feel so different and kind of sweet about the staff treating to the costumer. Later on I had noticed the name batch of that young lady and her name was Sonisha . Thank you Sonisha for making that women and mine day too. Keep up the good work. The prices of this store are very reasonable and the store is clean and tidy too. Recommend to everyone out there living in north side.

An okay store offering some unique products. I like the availability of a coffee grinder which enables you to purchase and grind beans of your choice on site. Products are quite highly priced however so expect to pay a premium for common household items. Naturally being an independent grocer the range of items is also somewhat limited. Don't expect a huge range of brands in each category.

Have been a loyal shopper for 20 years and doing 90% of our shopping there. Sadly they no longer have their own butcher who was first class. Since then the meat is very ordinary. Also today I inadvertently picked up expired chicken! The store isn’t nearly as good as it used to be, food is not as fresh and they have almost lost me except for emergencies.

I left my sunglasses there today, came back 5 minutes later and they said they were not there :( i literally went to the car and back, I KNOW THEY ARE THERE, I hope the manager and the staff do the right thing and call me to return them to me. i left them in cashier 7 at around 2:35 pm today 8th of September 2023. They are not even $$$ but they have a sentimental value to me since my sister gifted them to me and i haven't seen her in years...

This store used to be exceptional. I would shop here for my fresh food. I don’t know if there’s a new owner but now I find mouldy vegetables out on obvious show, for example. Their standards have dropped. We don’t want to buy mouldy vegetables!!! Some feedback for the owners.

A bit small but very convenient location for Cremorne residents as otherwise we have to go to Neutral Bay or Mosman for grocery shopping. As the price is marked up a bit more than its larger counterparts, I usually go there for last minute shopping or to get things I forgot to buy at my weekly shopping spree.

Mainly Like the selection of products but …. So much plastic !! all of this on picture is bought bulk then re - packed… what a waste ! It’s 2022 or am I in another century?
