I was horrified when this company used a request for a rental clean and repair job to make financial gain by replacing vertical blinds instead of just cleaning and a few small repairs. They did NOT even replace the verticals with a similar product or colour. I requested they return the vertical blinds and I would clean them myself however they had already disposed of all verticals. I will never use or recommend this company again.
