Bindu Creative Dance and Yoga

We look forward to Lisa’s toddler class each week. The classes are a place of pure magic where the little ones can dance, stretch and play. The weekly “themes” are always so fun and take the class in a different direction to the week before. We love it!

Fantastic class- my son loves the different activities and things to explore. I am amazed how Lisa can transform the room into a different theme every week, but with enough familiarity for the kids to gain confidence and grow. We have just finished the mum and toddler class this year and my son will be continuing in the pre-primary class next year- can't wait!

Have just finished our third year in the beautiful Bindu community, with a little one now in both the toddler and preschooler class. It’s a special sort of magic which Lisa weaves in these classes each week, which spills out from the beautiful space she creates and builds lasting confidence, friendships and a sense of wonder in the kids she teaches. My kids wake up every Thursday morning excitedly asking what the special set up at dancing will be, I get to play and create with my toddler, and my slightly timid, imaginative four year old has just blossomed in her classes. Lisa is really intuitive about kid’s capacities and different personalities, and somehow manages to get a whole class of toddlers to quietly sit and listen. By far the best kid’s activity we have ever participated in (and I’m a joiner!) - could not recommend it highly enough.

Lisa has a innate ability to connect and engage with children and adults in a range of ways. My daughter and I have loved Lisa and her classes since we started attending Bindu together when she was two. It's been so amazing to see the growth in her mind and body as she started attending independently in the pre schoolers group a year ago. We've also loved the Bindu community that we've become a part of.

We called our weekly Bindu class Lisa's Dance" and it is such an important part of our week. My 4 year old has learnt the power of mindfulness
