Must visit this place for great deals and discount. Staff is really very nice and helpful. One of the staff ( name Esha) knows how to deal with customers. She gave us discount on our purchase. I highly recommend this shop.

i'd like to give a review of a particular EB games staff member who has continuously gone out of her way to help! Above and beyond customer service, Nelle is always on point and she knows exactly what she's doing. I had a hard time deciding on a console I wanted to purchase and she alleviated that pressure by giving me the pros and cons of both, with in-depth rundowns of specific games. She is extremely knowledgeable within this field and I will now only ever shop gaming at EB Games Blacktown. Thank you for the amazing experience.

The employees are always greeting me with amazing attitudes and I am always getting the help I need when I go to this store, if ever I've had an issue with any of the products, these guys would fix the problem (plus) they would even offer amazing things for any hassles.And I just love how cool everyone there is :)

I moved here about a year ago, so naturally this has become my local store. Every time I've entered I've got great service (even when I wasn't buying, and I do a lot of window shopping)! Never had a problem with anything I've bought here, would recommend to a friend.
