We loved the park and all the equipment. It’s a good workout for kids and they can even play hide and seek. The bad part in the park is pathways, as it’s hard to ride a bike or even walk in rainy weather. Kids love doing the monkey bars. Next time we will use the barbecues.

We stayed in guest house 3- the noise from the restaurant above is loud and doesn’t stop until 11pm on the weekends. The water is cold in the afternoon for showers. It will heat up for about a minute and then go cold again. There was mould on the curtains, dust everywhere and just not worth the $$ you pay. There is much better affordable accomodation in Margaret river to chose from.

I would highly advise to stay away from this estate and look elsewhere instead, I have bought land in 2016 with them saying it'll be titled end of 2017. I moved into my house in 2021..... needless to say they are very unprofessional,lie and make false promises that they don't keep. I didn't have a choice if I did I would have went elsewhere as they didn't want to refund my deposit for the land when wanted to pull out.dont waste your money.

WORST developer ever, WARNING for prospective buyers, this is an absolute shamble as they start selling the lands and told people it will be title within 18 months. Guess what, add another 18 months and possibly more as I'm still waiting three years after the initial deposit was paid (10%). Now they closed the Rockbank office which shows that they don't have the guts to face people, never buy from this mob again. if there is negative rating, that's what they deserve but I'm force to give one so I can post.

I bought this land 4 years ago. And I m still waiting for land. Every eye at the comeup something new the already wast my 4 year.i really don’t know when I will build my house. Be care full with this guys. The don’t even open office anymore.

Rogue estate. Shut their doors for clients and no communication at all what is happening in the background? Delay after delay and could not even title the first stage in over 3 years. No idea whether I’ll get the land titled ever! Unfortunately had to give one ⭐️ so I can post my review, otherwise would have given negative rating.

3 year delay in titles and there were no updates, which cost us over $200,000 in lost rental income from other properties and rent we paid while we waited, but after that ordeal we hope that it will be a nice place to live

Disgusting!! Circumstances beyond our control are making us sell land which we have paid for and is titled.First they wouldn’t let us sell, then they would charging us a nice $10,000 to sell our own block and we are not allowed to advertise it. I have heard of someone else selling their block in the Bridgefield estate and they were charged $5,000 and are allowed to advertise????When I put this to them they had their lawyers respond that the charge is to remain the same and still no advertising.The greed these people have is beyond measure.I would strongly recommend going elsewhere, this estate is pathetic.Money money money is all they care about.I know they are in business, however they have received full payment for the land. What do they care what I do with it now. The land was titled in 2018.As I said disgusting
