I got acrylic nails from this place. The staff was friendly and tried to meet my requests. The process was good and everything although after my nails were done, I noticed the edges was really messy, jaggered and some nails were uneven. The lady filed the sides of my nails after she had finished painting and putting the top layer of nail polish which I had never seen someone do before. This left me with scratched jaggered nails on the side whilst the top was fine. Also charging for gems and stuff was extra which I was not informed about.

Absolutely loved the experience... Lien and Kim were meticulous, neat and just on point for the pedi and arms waxing.... Kim was patient and did a really great job on my nails and she gave me the design just like the picture I showed her....I just moved here last year and have been to over 5-6 recommended nail salons in Parramatta, Carlingford etc ... But none of them were upto the standards I'm used to.... Thanks to these ladies my search is over... I've found my salon....I'm definitely going to go back here....

They helped me choosing the best matching nail colour. I was very unhappy before coming to the salon due to a previous bad waxing appointment in another salon. These wonderful ladies made my mood instantly so much better by helping me with removing excess residual wax and cleaning my legs thoroughly. I loved every second of my appointment. Definitely recommend this salon!

I am extremely fussy when it comes to getting my nails done. I get sns and gel pedicure. Today's service was by far the best experience I've had in a long time. With sns it can look so bulky and because I have larger nail beds it can look bigger than my actual nails so i am extremely impressed with the shape and overall service. There are a few little things such as glitter from the chrome powder used and 1 nail being buffed too much after sns colour However I didn't have time to fix it but I'm sure if I mentioned it the ladies would have happily fixed it. Thank you for my little pamper sessions. See you soon to try more services.

The workers here were so nice and helpful! They were so quick and precise with their work. I showed them a reference picture of the nails I wanted to do and they did them perfectly :)
