For a warranty claim I have asked them 3 times to provide me with a phone number and they have refused. They are intentionally avoid contacts with customers.Response to their reply: Phone number was required by Consumer Affairs as you know. Let's see what the consumer affair decides and if they concluded that an advertised $1000 vacuum cleaner should only work for 12 months they I'll remove my negative review.

-10 star Review!!!No customer service at all. My machine broke down within couple of months, sent them back to Panmi, did not fix it and sent back faulty machine. Now says that not within warranty period, refuse to respond anymore. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Purchased 2x scootersOnly 1 scooter works,The other was dead on arrival and the brake disk was bent.To try and contact this company is beyond a joke, no phone number just email and chat (the don’t reply regularly on either)Currently no resolution in play.Trying to get the scooter repaired with secondhand pants instead of new.Edit-Even with the response from the business “owner”Nothing is still in place to repair my scooter or replace it.They have a chat service which is pretty much pointless as they read your message and don’t reply.The owner doesn’t like hearing the truth about the Buisness, and due to this I have also put a complaint to Segway as well.I would stay very clear of this Buisness if you are looking at buying anything.Owner doesn’t car and is happy to sell “refurbished” equipment as completely broken to the customer & then expect them to do all the running around to get it repaired.STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUISNESS!!!

Ordered a product via eBay, which arrived promptly. Unfortunately, the unit was faulty despite multiple attempts (replacement batteries for remote, etc.) which I had discussed with a Panmi employee. Understanding that there was a fault with the item, Panmi sent me a replacement unit free of charge, which again, arrived promptly. Upon receiving the replacement item, and testing to make sure it worked (it did!), I contacted them to organise a return postage label. Panmi were nice enough to let me keep the (admittedly faulty) unit. Throughout the process I made contact with Panmi via email, and they always replied promptly, politely, and did their best to address the issues discussed above. A+ for customer service and satisfaction!

Did not receive refund on return postage for in warranty repair. Item posted by their nominated repairer was declared lost by Australia Post, and they ceased contact, indicating they are ok with customers being left with no money and no product.Do not buy unless you are willing to consider it a disposable item, and any service you receive will consist of them blaming you for everything.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are not honouring my warranty and it has been over six months of back and fourth with no help at all and all I have is still just a broken scooter.

Don't buy from them, I bought the vaccum from them, it did come, but won't turn on after just 3 months of use. Then I emailed them, Facebook msg them, contact them on the website, NO REPLY, of course..

I haven't received parts ordered and paid $200 from website. No tracking advise for 2 weeks now. Won't return numerous email and phone number is disconnected.
