I had the most beautiful massage with a therapist named Sharni. The attention to detail and the professional manner that Sharni conducted herself was brilliant. The massage was perfect. I would definitely recommend. 5 ⭐️

I recently had a lash lift by Jade, and I had the most amazing experience. She was so professional and kind and made me feel so relaxed. My eyelashes looked amazing afterwards, and they have felt really healthy since. She was very knowledgeable and able to suggest products for me to use to hydrate my lashes and I couldn't fault her services at all. I will 100% be coming back for Jade to do my eyelash lift again. Do yourself a favor and book in with Jade. You won't regret it!!

Absolutely love Kris and the team at Ella Bache Coolangatta, they are very accommodating with scheduling appointments at short notice and very welcoming as soon as I enter the salon. All staff are knowledgeable on their products and my skin feels amazing! Their treatments are super relaxing, my daughter actually fell asleep during her facial recently. I highly recommend this salon for all beauty needs!

I was given a $50 voucher as a gift for a pedicure only to find out I had to throw in another $40 to get it. $90 for a basic pedicure ? Ridiculously overpriced. Do not recommend at all. Way out of touch with pricing. I'd give negative if I could.

I had a fantastic experience at Ella Bache Coolangatta! From my initial enquiry, Christina was very helpful and provided insightful information and suggestions to what treatment would be best suited. My signature facial with Jasmine was divine. She explained her processes and assisted with my home skin care regime. The neck and shoulder massage was a highlight, she had a firm pressure but a gentle and fluid movement. It was absolutely PERFECT!!!
