Wonderful inclusive yoga practice - small groups means you are comfortable and I felt like I could go at my own pace and ability level. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to give yoga a try in a friendly environment!I also had a fantastic massage at the practice and will be going again soon!

I enjoyed a lovely yoga class taken by Pia. The space was lovely and warm, very welcoming with new and clean amenities.An added bonus is its central location with no trouble finding somewhere to park.The class itself was really relaxing and regenerative. Each move and pose were explained well. I found this really helpful as it’s been years since I’ve practiced yoga.Thank you for taking such a lovely session Pia, it’s reminded me how important it is to check in with myself and fill my own cup up once in a while! The nice warm cup of tea provided at the end was the perfect ending too!

I haven't done yoga before but Pia was very aware of participants and allowed us to move at our own pace. Very exhilarating - felt really good after the first session. Going for a second session.

I had one of the best yoga experiences with Pia. I haven't been to a yoga class in a long time but Pia was so knowledge and helpful, she went at a slower pace and kept a nice flow. I felt so relaxed during and after our session which even included a head massage and was topped off with a lovely cup of tea! The space is beautiful, very zen and great energy.

In the past I haven’t always had the best experiences with yoga but this was definitely helpful to get me back on track with my yoga journey. Great teacher and comfortable space!
