Phil was awesome help and the service I received was 10/10.

Very happy with these guys. Very friendly. Found a second-hand coil for the mower since couldn't source a new one. Fair charges, good service, good workmanship.

I didn't drop my line trimmer in as there was a three week wait time for a service, however I did ask a question about what was wrong with my equipment and his first guess was bang on.Saved me a service and didn't cost me a thing!

Always helpful and great service. only issue is everyone wants then to fix there mower so there can be a delay sometimes when they are busy.

Poor service, poor attitude and the worst worst workmanship. I took my ride on mower in for repair. It needed reinforcing played on the mower deckand a service a the battery was not charging properly. The whole repair cost me $800. Used the mower for twenty minutes then one of the blade spindles just fell out while the mower was running. I phoned them and spoke to the mechanic Phil as The owner, Peter was not in. As I was going away the next day for work Phil offered to assist by dropping by my house and repair the mower and mow my lawn, no problem, happy with that. He didn't do it. They are refusing to fix the mower or supply a new drive belt which tore when the spindle dropped. The resin the spindle dropped out is dye to over tightening of the mounting bolts which stripped the thread of the spindle, hardly the work you'd expect from a professional. It has now cost me another $100 to fix myself. Phil the mechanic was rude on the phone, yelled at me and hung the phone up. I was not rude or demanding, simply asked they at least cover the cost of the parts that were damaged due to their poor work methods. Peter refuses to return my calls, I am following up with the ACCC.

Friendly, professional and experienced staff, definitely worth a visit.

Asked for spare parts and wasn't interested the slightest in ordering something in to help me out.
