Went and asked for original wrap with BBQ and chicken and they gave me spicy sauce instead of bbq so I had a reaction to the spicy sauce so I took it back and they made me BUY a new one $7.50. I'll never eat KFC again to charge someone for there mistakes terrible serve. Should of gone to maccas

Staff Member by the name of Jackson served me last Thursday.Not only was his friendliness and customer service was above and beyond anything i have ever seen from a kfc staff member, the food was cooked to perfection and packaged perfectly, he also did not get anything wrong about my order despite my pickiness.Give him a promotion!

The manager steven needs to learn how to smile and not have such an arrogant attitude i work in retail aswell i get this time of years stressful but its no excuse to be a complete arse.Also the food was terrible and wasn't made properly ended up throwing most of it out

I hadn't had KFC for ages so wanted to try their popcorn chicken and chips. Very happy with my order, freshly cooked and piping hot. Delicious! Customer service and cleanliness were spot on too.

Manager Steven seems quite aggressive in his approach to customer service and altogether unhappy in his role. Perhaps he should find a different career path if he is not satisfied providing subpar chicken based meals to paying customers. Burger was average and appeared to be wrapped by someone with their eyes closed. During my meal in the food court Steven was heard quite loudly yelling out an order number and seemed less than impressed when the customer finally did arrive to collect their meal.

Came to the food court with a friend for lunch. He joined the lengthy queue at McDonald's for his food, and I jumped on the KFC app to order mine. There were maybe as many as half a dozen people waiting for their orders. Fifteen minutes after I'd placed my order and told the app that I was at the restaurant, I went to the counter and asked if they had my order. I was relieved to hear that they had my order and it would be up soon. It would be another 11 minutes before I would finally hear my name called, and only another one minute while they fetched my drink. My special order burger came with the sauce I removed from the order, but I tossed it rather than going back and waiting another 25 minutes! Avoid this KFC. There's another very close nearby.
