Guys keep up the great job! Andrew is a top bloke and his staff are pretty cool too. Always do a decent job on my car. Whether it's just an external wash (with clay bar) or a premium internal & external, the end result always pleases. This is now my go to place.

What an amazing Job Andrew and his team do cleaning cars, an eye for detail is what the team have and I certainly can say I always recommend friends and family to wash and detail their cars at Hand Wash Co!

Trust me when I say, I tired on four seperate occasions to rectify this issue in order that I wouldn't have to write a review such as this. I have been having my car cleaned by these guys approximately every 1-2 months and on a previous visit I was told that I should consider getting my car detailed as 'it would come out like a brand new car'. I organised for interior detailing and an exterior clean. This was going to cost $130. I was told to pick the car up at 2:30pm but when I arrived the guy said that he wasn't happy with it and to come back at closing time which I did. I picked up the car in good faith and got it home and inspected only to find that the seats were still dirty, windows watermarked, the back panelling had wax left on it, door-wells and insets far from clean and moreover the hinge had been broken on the AUX cover with the top just sitting in the middle compartment. I went back the next day for a refund and was told the boss had gone home sick and as such to give him my number and would receive a call Monday. I wasn't overly impressed with this but accepted and sent a follow up email and left a voicemail. Today (Monday) - no call. So on my way home I went to the car wash to try and resolve this (finally) and was told to come back the following day. By this time my patience was no more and I said that i needed it rectified. The guy called his boss and put him on the phone to me and I was met with a shocking attitude: 'I can give you 50% back, take it or leave it. I'm very busy. Take it or leave it!' I was bewildered by this response as I had paid $130 in order that I would receive a superior clean ... It goes without saying that I didn't expect them to have broken the AUX cover in the process. Hugely disappointing.

Did a good job but some one commented that the products used smelt like some one had vomited in my car and it had been cleaned.. not what u want when u pay over $200 for a detail.

Very professional and reasonable price. Best place for car wash around the area highly recommended.

I can say that beyond the act of putting water on your car these guys just don’t care about customer service. I had strictly asked these people to not open my boot or anything to do with my boot , and to my shock horror while pressure hosing my car , opened the boot and decided to pressure hose my car boot while the boot was wide open - causing water damage to all of the contents of items inside the boot. No apology was offered despite the strict instructions and they were still happy to take full payment of course. Buyer beware.

Do not take your car there unless you want to damage it.I took my car(an expensive one) there to have a steam clean and they used strong chemical (I didn't want it but they still used it)When I picked up the car I was with my son and few hours after my son end up at the hospital as he could not breath properly.I had to replace many parts in my car as they where all contaminated by the horrible chemicals smell that was still very strong and persistent still after a monthEverything cost me over $4000.Now in the process to sue the car wash to get the money I spent back (as there are many whiteness and also still have all thr parts affected and will be taken to court if is the case)Based on your reply....Is not true that you are sorry for the inconvenience as you have deliberately refused to wash my car after you have damaged.(maybe I should make public all the messages we have exchanged to each other and show the way to talk to cliens)Refused to wash when I was actually not making any big deal about you damaging my car.But because you refused than I decided to go ahead and sue your car wash..
