Worst experience of my life. I called them with an excruciatingly painful tooth ache. I was taken in to see the dentist. He had a less than 30 second look in my mouth and said that my tooth ache was sinus related. Let me tell you that when he tapped on my tooth with the little metal hook it felt like he had jammed in into my head and smashed my tooth into a million pieces. By the end of this senseless tapping process to be then told it’s sinus related and to take Panadol he advised to come back in 3-7 days if the pain persisted as it may mean that the tooth may require a root canal. If it persisted... that’s why I went there in the first place for the pain I was in. Finally the appointment finished with him saying that he would arrange for myself to get some sensitive tooth paste and walked out. Yeh never did I see that tooth paste and never did that pain get sorted from an overly expensive visit. Definitely would not recommend this dentist. I ended up going to another dentist who had to remove the tooth not only that but I now have to go back and have additional dental work completed. Still cannot believe how horrible this experience was. I couldnt eat or sleep and cried from the pain. It was a complete shock when I was told to take Panadol and come back.

Quality of service gone downhill since Dr Franks owned this clinic. Constant turnover of staff, including some amazing dentists!!. Lack of management and leadership is present. This clinic would have had at least seven practice managers in the last five years! Common knowledge that dental assistants looking for work avoid this clinic and leave quickly. The entire clinic is under video surveillance like Big Brother. If you respect your privacy, then don't go here! It is a shame to see the decline of what was once the" dental clinic to go to."

The best, least painful crown I have ever experienced. Tooth made while I had a coffee. Dr Sudhesh and all staff are so professional.

My brother and I are happy with our dentist Dr. Sam. Her hand is very light, we don't feel any pain. After our appointment they gave us stuff to take care our teeth. All the staffs are all friendly to my mum and they always smiling. My mum recommended to her friends which their kids scared of needles. Jude and Albert

The staff are always welcoming and genuinely appear to be happy to see you. They are always helpful and accommodating when unexpected changes need to be made to appointments - life happens. I have found the dentists amazing with children and adults who have some anxiety about going to the dentist, due to past bad experiences. How wonderful it is to feel that someone is actually listening and has a solution to a concern or the ability (patience) to work with you to get through any problem or concern.If you are looking for a new practice or just wanting a change the team at Kitchener St Dental are well worth looking into.

Rang and enquired about an emergency wisdom tooth extraction (probably won't be straight forward as it's broken off to the gum) travelled over 3 hours from the West, took a day off work 6 hours worth of fuel only to be told they cannot do it and I needed to see a specialist. Obviously there's no specialists available for the foreseeable future. P.o.

I had not been to a dentist for a no of years (yes, like most, I kept putting it off). I researched dentists in Toowoomba and found Kitchener Street Dental. Having visited there twice (first for check, second for plenty of work on front teeth), I am so absolutely thankful that I found them. Dr Nigam and his team are the absolute professionals, and caring and considerate when it comes to (perceived) pain and discomfort in the dentist's chair. The difference in my front teeth is fantastic, I feel like smiling all the time!Highly recommended, without doubt!

I have been attending Kitchener Street Dental for over 20 years and they offer a wonderful service. Yesterday I was fitted with veneers and a crown. I feel so confident and they fit perfectly! As usual, the dental service was excellent! Both the dental and admin teams were so very helpful, kind, polite and always willing to help answer questions or give advice. Thank you to all and I'll see you in December for my annual check up!

Best Dentist in Toowoomba - Guaranteed - Would recommend to anyone wanting understanding and caring Dentists. Staff are all exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful.

I have only been a client of Kitchener Street Dental for a few years, but I feel very comfortable with all the staff and am very impressed wth my Dentist Dr. Brinda. I would recommend this Dental Clinic to everyone especially if you are nervous about going to the dentist.
