We recently acquired an office building (off market) thru Chris Curtain Managing Director of Lemon Baxter. Chris was referred to us via 2 mutual clients who strongly recommended we NEEDED to liaise with Chris. We also had another referral with the same message from one of Melbourne’s biggest and well known developers.We were so pleased having these referrals as Chris actually bent over backwards to assist us finding an office building for us to occupy. The negotiation was not that simple! Chris identified a building of the size we required, and he approached the owner on our behalf and also the tenant to enquire if they would vacate. Due to Chris’s in-depth knowledge of the South Melbourne Owners and Tenants and the general commercial real estate market, he was able to undertake the sale and assignment of lease so we could occupy the space. We are so happy with the end result. Chris Curtain kept us fully informed during the process and made the deal occur.
