The service, professionalism, genuine care factor and assistance by this mob is 2nd to none. I own a Mack Tipper Truck and was stuck on a 35 degree day when my transmission got stuck in 1st gear. I picked up the phone and called Heavy Hydraulics and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Glenn. He stayed on the phone with me, told me what buttons to press, got fault codes, helped me clear codes and solved my problem over the phone. Whoever else I called previously did not want to know about my issue. I’ve booked in my transmission service tomorrow which I’m looking forward to.

What an absolute pleasure dealing with Glen at heavy automatics...I got the transmission on my kenworth t359 serviced...very professional, very helpful taking the truck in since I called last minute and on time getting the service done on time...I can't recommend them enough
